Can you clean and restore any type of stone floor?

Yes we can. We have specific techniques and products for each type of stone floor.

Can you polish out really deep scratches in floors and worktops?

Yes we can. Using the latest diamond polishing technology combined with our extensive experience, we can restore almost anything.

Can you get rid of any stain on my floor or worktop?

Unfortunately, that is not always possible. There are some stains that are impossible to remove completely once they have impregnated the stone. We will give you an honest assessment, which is why we carry out a small sample test to show you what can be achieved.

How much does the service cost?

This will depend on the service you require. If your floor is just a bit tired-looking and needs a deep clean, polish and reseal, it can be carried out for as little as £12 per sq mtr depending on the size of the area to be worked on. If it requires diamond honing to remove scratches, re-polishing and sealing, then the costs starts from as little as £20 per sq mtr, again depending on the size of the area. When you compare this to the expense of replacing marble floor and the upheaval involved, it works out at a fraction of the cost. We will discuss your requirements, advise on the options available, and tailor the service to suit your needs and budget.

How messy is the work? Is there a lot of dust?

The diamond polishing processes are mostly water based so there is no dust. We will protect the surrounding areas against splashes and leave the area as clean as when we start.

How long will my floor be out of bounds?

This sealer takes approximately 24 hours to fully cure, but the floor can usually be walked on after a couple of hours, depending on circumstances.

Do you only do internal surfaces?

No, we can carry out work on any surface, indoor or out. We can carry out work on swimming pools, patios, stone clad walls, staircases and more!

Do you also treat wooden floors?

Yes. We have a dedicated wood floor division carrying out sanding, lacquering, oiling, and general maintenance

Are your customers commercial or domestic?

We have clients in both sectors. We are happy working in any environment, whether it be a small apartment or a shopping centre. In fact we have just carried out a floor restoration project for a customer who lives on a boat!

Can you clean and maintain man made tiles?

Yes, we undertake the cleaning and maintenance of porcelain and ceramic tiles.

What areas do you cover?

We have an office in Hertfordshire, but carry out projects all over the UK, Ireland and Europe.
